Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations – Banking & Investment Services at City National Bank, the U.S. subsidiary of RBC, where he made significant contributions to the financial landscape.

Before his tenure at City National Bank, Gremer played a crucial role at Capital One Financial Corporation. From 2020 to 2022, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Transformation for the Commercial Bank. Prior to that, he was responsible for Enterprise Payments and Treasury Operations. His experience at Capital One, totaling over 20 years, showcases a robust background in financial services management and operation excellence.

Kevin Gremer's educational qualifications are impressive. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and pursued an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Moreover, he holds a professional certification from the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of banking practices and operations.
