Kineca's Pato Works to Initiate Career Consultation Events
Kineca Inc., headquartered in Minato City, Tokyo, is proud to announce the launch of a new initiative called the "Career Consultation" starting in August 2026. This program aims to connect women looking for career opportunities with various office jobs, leveraging the expertise from their partner, HiruJOB, which specializes in matching service personnel with employers. The purpose of this initiative is to create a pathway for registered talent, known as "cast" in the Pato ecosystem, to openly discuss their career prospects.
A Commitment to Supporting Women’s Careers
Pato Works emerged from Kineca’s commitment to nurturing the latent talents of their cast members and facilitating their contributions to a diverse range of professional environments. The initiative recognizes the complex realities that modern women face in their professional lives, such as balancing aspirations with job stability. Many cast members express desires for a stable, full-time job while also wanting to preserve their personal time and dreams. They seek environments where they can be fairly assessed and sustain a long-term career without feeling overwhelmed.
The consultation series provides an accessible platform for individuals who may feel uncertain about how to showcase their strengths or seek employment opportunities, particularly those without prior experience. Pato Works aims to help each cast member discover their work-life balance without limiting their potential.
This initiative marks a significant milestone as Pato celebrates its 9th anniversary. Leveraging insights from nearly a decade of experience running the entertainment matching service, Pato works closely with cast individuals to bridge the gap between their aspirations and the employment landscape.
Moving from Career Interviews to Informal Consultations
Previously, Pato Works conducted career interviews to assist cast members in mapping out their next career steps. However, many expressed hesitation in approaching these discussions due to various psychological barriers and the complexities of their daily commitments. To address this, Pato Works has rebranded these sessions as "Career Consultations" to present a more relaxed and less daunting opportunity for cast members to engage in dialogue about their futures.
This new format encourages even those not immediately contemplating a job change to come forth and discuss their experiences. The collaboration with HiruJOB brings valuable insights into transitioning from gig work to stable office employment, catering particularly to individuals keen on utilizing their interpersonal skills and hospitality experience in new roles. In turn, this partnership aims to provide practical support and resources for cast members who are actively looking to advance their careers.
Program Details
The Career Consultation sessions are conducted in partnership with HiruJOB and will be available to registered cast members of both Pato and Neneru. Participants can find information and book appointments through the official communication channels, including email newsletters and the official Pato Works Line account. The program is set to run on weekdays until September 30, 2026.
