From now until August 31, guests are invited to experience a unique tasting set featuring three distinct varieties of Koeigiku sake, celebrated for linking traditional flavors with modern preferences.

An Exciting Introduction

The collaboration was kicked off during a one-night-only event held on June 27 at Sushi Mizuki, dazzling guests with the rich flavors of Koeigiku. This initiative extends to the five dining experiences within Mizuki: Kaiseki Mizuki, Tempura Mizuki, Teppanyaki Mizuki, and Sushi Mizuki. Each dining area will offer meticulously selected Koeigiku sakes, paired perfectly with seasonal ingredients, ensuring a rich and harmonious tasting experience.

Koeigiku Sake originates from the Koeigiku Brewery in Saga's Ogi City, which traces its roots back to the Meiji era. Following a long hiatus, the brewery re-emerged in 2019 under a new management structure dedicated to preserving the heritage of the brand while crafting innovative sakes that cater to contemporary tastes. Koeigiku has quickly gained popularity for its uniquely complex profiles, emphasizing a perfect balance of acidity and umami for an unforgettable dining experience.

This exclusive tasting experience features three selected varieties of Koeigiku sake, each presented in stunning 60ml servings for 5,000 yen (including tax).
