Her responsibilities have included supervising pharmacy technicians and interns, overseeing compliance programs, and enhancing medication adherence initiatives to improve health outcomes for patients.

Griggs takes pride in her ability to deliver high-volume immunization services, a standout achievement being administering 50 vaccinations in a single shift while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. She has become adept at helping patients navigate complex insurance challenges, assisting them in accessing critical medications.
