Transforming Customer Experience: The HCD-Net CX Revolution Event
The upcoming event titled "CX Transformation Reality: How to Integrate Customer Experience Design into Organizations" is set to feature mct's very own Hidaaki Shirane as a keynote speaker. This initiative aligns with the growing trend towards incorporating customer experience (CX) design at both organizational and managerial levels. As businesses are beginning to recognize the value of CX, the challenge now remains to seamlessly integrate these principles within their frameworks to drive effective change.
Many companies grapple with questions such as:
- - Where should we start with CX transformation?
- - How can we engage the entire organization in this journey?
- - What clear path do we have to embed CX into our corporate culture?
These concerns are prevalent, and the upcoming event aims to address such uncertainties through expert insights and practical experiences.
During the event, participants will engage in various activities, including:
- - Keynote Speech: “Why Does CX Stagnate on the Ground?” - A discussion featuring both Shirane and Tohru Mizumoto, vice-chairman of the Human Centered Design Promotion Organization.
- - CX Management Survival Game: A simulated experience that allows participants to delve into the realities of CX transformation.
- - Networking Opportunities: Attendees are encouraged to engage with peers and experts, with the flexibility to leave the event at any time.
