Rockline Industries Welcomes New Leadership

Effective July 1, 2025, Robert J. Rudolph, commonly known as RJ, will take on the role of President. This follows the retirement of his father, Randy Rudolph, who has been at the helm for over thirty years and will now transition to the position of Chairman of the Board.

The appointment of RJ Rudolph represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of Rockline as a family-owned business, emphasizing the continuation of core values that have guided the company since its founding. Founded in 1976 by Ralph Rudolph, Rockline has grown tremendously, with Randy becoming President in 1986. Under his leadership, the company transformed from humble beginnings into a major player on the global stage, serving clients in more than 50 countries. RJ Rudolph's journey with Rockline began over 14 years ago, during which time he has held various leadership roles across departments including Sales, Contract Manufacturing, Operations, Strategic Planning, and most recently, Global Sourcing. He possesses a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to his tenure at Rockline, he garnered valuable experience in Retail Merchandising and Business Management at Daymon Worldwide.
