Tweddle Group to Unveil AVA: The Future of Multimedia Vehicle Assistants Powered by AI

Tweddle Group to Unveil AVA at CES 2025

Tweddle Group, a prominent product support technology provider, is set to make a significant mark at CES 2025 with the introduction of its new platform—AVA, an advanced multimedia assistant for vehicles driven by artificial intelligence. This innovative application promises not only to enhance driver comfort and luxury but also to deliver substantial benefits to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and retail partners.

A Groundbreaking Assistant for Drivers

According to Todd Headlee, President of Tweddle Group, AVA is designed with the driver’s experience at its core. "Drivers have never interacted with an AI system in their vehicles in such a practical and precise way before. This makes it an incredibly valuable convenience for them," he commented. Beyond elevating the driving experience, AVA is expected to streamline the process of managing vehicle maintenance and safety recall notifications.

Mike Flaherty, Vice President of Product Development, shed light on the proactive notification system inherent to AVA. This feature integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s CAN bus, ensuring that any regular maintenance needs are communicated promptly to drivers. It allows drivers to schedule service appointments at authorized dealerships directly through the platform without any hassle. "AVA eliminates the friction traditionally associated with taking a vehicle for servicing and simplifies appointment scheduling," explained Flaherty.

Revolutionizing Product Recall Notifications

The product recall feature of AVA further simplifies communication between OEMs and drivers. Instead of sending physical letters that often go unread, manufacturers can now send recall alerts directly to drivers through the AVA system. "This ensures that drivers are informed about any recalls pertaining to their vehicles in real time, detailing the nature of the recall and necessary actions to be taken," Flaherty added. This streamlining of the recall process is expected to significantly reduce the burden on OEMs, enhancing both safety and customer satisfaction.

Live Demonstrations at CES 2025

Excitement is building as Tweddle Group plans to host live demonstrations of AVA at CES from January 7 to 10, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Attendees are encouraged to book their demonstrations in advance to experience firsthand how AVA transforms the driving experience and improves vehicle management processes.
