The 'Azabudai Hills Noryo Matsuri 2025' is set to bring the lively spirit of summer to the community from August 8 to August 11, 2025. This event, organized by Mori Building Co., Ltd. located in Minato, Tokyo, aligns with the traditional Bon Odori dance held at the nearby Nishikubo Hachiman Shrine.
As the central square becomes adorned with colorful lanterns, guests will find a diverse array of gourmet food stalls from 12 popular restaurants at Azabudai Hills. Each stall will feature a mix of beloved regular items and unique limited edition offerings available only during this summer festival. Notably, 'Sta.' will return with their original twist on the classic 'Karaage' (fried chicken), and the newly participating 'Nakamura Tōkichi Azabudai' will present delightful matcha flavored 'Kakigori' (shaved ice).
Visitors can also enjoy various “cooling” festivities designed to provide relief from the summer heat. Fun activities include 'Ohanatsuri' (flower fishing) featuring cute flowers floating on water, and 'Mizutepō Shooting' using water guns. These attractions are perfect for families and friends to beat the summer heat while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
Additionally, the dining options inside Azabudai Hills’ marketplace will offer convenient one-hand foods ideal for eating while walking around. You can savor refreshing Kakigori made with fresh fruits, and juicy frankfurters at ‘Hills House’ throughout the festival duration. This event aims to foster community relations and contribute to a lively urban atmosphere.
