The event aims to unite over 3,500 chefs with more than 270 farmers and specialty producers from all corners of the world, creating an invaluable opportunity for networking and sourcing fine ingredients. Emphasizing a whimsical theme, “Play With Your Food,” Baldor BITE 2026 offers a nostalgic boardwalk ambiance that allows chefs to temporarily escape the rigorous demands of their kitchens and soak up the summer spirit.
