As part of a commitment to nurturing young talent, Arr Planner Co., Ltd., a real estate company headquartered in Nagoya, is excited to announce the renewal of its internship, work experience, and open company programs aimed at students. This significant shift in focus is designed to enhance students' understanding of the residential and real estate industry while equipping them with vital professional skills.

The Motivation Behind the Program Update

Historically, the company’s programs centered on basic company introductions. However, recognizing the evolving needs of students, Arr Planner has restructured these initiatives to offer hands-on experiences that are directly relevant to future careers. The revamped curriculum not only provides insight into the business model within the residential and real estate sectors but also emphasizes essential skills such as problem-solving and teamwork through practical application.

Internship Program Overview

• - Duration: 5 days of hands-on experience
• - Content: Participants will engage in group activities, covering everything from land searching to designing plans as part of the home-building process. The internship is open to all students interested in the housing and real estate industry, regardless of their major.

Work Experience Program Overview

• - Content: Participants will trace the company's growth from inception to the future through a management simulation game, allowing them to experience the excitement of making decisions as a business leader. Following this course, interested participants can apply for job experiences in either 'Sales' or 'Technical' roles.
• - Schedule: Ongoing (3-4 sessions each month from July to December 2026)

Open Company Overview

• - Content: This 30-minute web seminar allows students to easily access information about the industry's latest trends, the company’s positioning, work environments, and culture, making it perfect for those who want to start gathering information.

Participation Reflection from Last Year

Last year, we were pleased to welcome 115 participants for the internship program (with a lottery system), 527 for work experience (with multiple participation possibilities), and 137 for the open company program. In 2026, we plan to offer even more opportunities without a lottery for both the work experience and open company programs, to ensure more students can participate. The 5-day internship is limited to Aichi and may require a lottery if participant numbers exceed venue capacity.
