An exciting exhibition featuring over 100 illustrators will be held at the Seibu Shibuya Store's Movida building, showcasing the intricate world of illustration and pop culture. Titled "Illustrator Job Exhibition 2026 Shibuya", this unique event will take place from July 17 to 20, 2026, running daily from 11 AM to 8 PM, except for the final day when it will end at 6 PM.

The exhibition aims to present the multifaceted contributions of illustrators not only in pop culture, like games and anime but also across various fields such as music, TV commercials, and events. Targeted at showcasing the work and personalities behind the art, this exhibition serves as a follow-up to the successful "ILLUSTRATORS EXPO" and will be divided into six prominent fields allowing visitors to explore different aspects of illustration.

Main Visual

The main visual of the exhibition was crafted by two leading figures in pop culture, Yu Kuju and Tsuyoshi Kusano, setting the tone for a vibrant and imaginative showcase.

Fields of Exhibition

1. Illustrators Field

Featuring works from 68 of Japan’s popular illustrators, this section will display pieces centered on existing or "stories" themes, showcasing creators from diverse media including games, anime, books, and advertising. Be prepared to see works from both established and emerging artists.

2. Illust. Poster Field

In this area, ten pairs of illustrators and graphic designers will collaborate to create unique posters inspired by the theme "Future Bestsellers". With great attention to the printing quality, these pieces promise to impress with their diverse printing techniques and artistic craftsmanship.

3. Loop Anim Field

For the first time, the exhibition will also include loop animation works. Each piece is a vibrant 15-second animation crafted by six artists, telling a story in a captivating visual format.

4. Popup Field

This section features solo exhibitions from seven popular creators, showcasing original merchandise and wall art that reflect their individual charm and creativity. It offers a visually rich space brimming with diverse expressions.

5. Drawing Field

Twenty-two artists will exhibit and sell their unique handwritten works here. The depth created by their personal touch is a must-see for all art aficionados.

6. Event Field

Throughout the event, popular artists will hold signing sessions, providing fans an opportunity to meet their favorite creators.

In addition to these exhibitions, various original goods including exhibition catalogs, A1-sized reproduction artworks, and A2 posters will be available for purchase, with the exhibition catalog priced at 2,800 yen.
