Tokyo's Workplace Positive Mental Health Symposium and Counseling Event
In an era where workplace dynamics are rapidly changing, fostering a productive company hinges on prioritizing employee mental health as a vital corporate resource. Enhancing the overall mental and physical well-being of the workforce is essential for invigorating the organization and boosting productivity.
To encourage this shift, Tokyo has initiated the "Workplace Mental Health Promotion Campaign" from September 1 to November 30, motivating business leaders to adopt proactive mental health measures. Throughout this campaign, an online symposium and counseling event focused on workplace mental health will be held to further this cause.
