On March 28, 2026, General Oyster is excited to announce the grand opening of a new seafood restaurant called 'L’ECAILLER 8TH SEA OYSTER' within the highly anticipated commercial facility, Newman Takanawa MIMURE, located in Minato, Tokyo. General Oyster, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, has built its reputation on the cultivation, wholesale, and restaurant management of oysters, including a selection of oyster bars across Japan.

Bringing Oysters Closer to Everyone
With 30 locations nationwide, General Oyster specializes in providing a wide variety of oysters, employing patented methods to purify them using deep seawater from Toyama Bay, enhancing both safety and quality. This clean and innovative process allows the company to sell more than 6.2 million oysters annually as part of their line of 8TH SEA OYSTERS.
