CROSS NIIGATA-VIETNAM: A Culinary Cultural Exchange
The CROSS NIIGATA-VIETNAM project, now in its third chapter, aims to bridge the culinary scenes of Niigata, Japan, and Vietnam. Running from July 24 to August 1, 2026, this innovative initiative features five exciting events held across Niigata City and Nagaoka City. The project, spearheaded by VACANCE VIETNAM Co., Ltd. which assists Japanese companies entering Vietnam, seeks to showcase the appeal of Niigata’s agricultural produce and fermentation culture to Vietnam and foster exchange among chefs, producers, and businesses from both regions.
