New Joint Venture JAPAN TALENT AGENT Aims to Redefine Workforce in the AI Era

JAPAN TALENT AGENT: Empowering Back-Office Professionals

On October 1, 2025, EIGHTBIT Co., Ltd., based in Toshima, Tokyo, and Hitotechnology, located in Minato, Tokyo, announced the establishment of a new joint venture called JAPAN TALENT AGENT (JTA). This innovative company aims to transform back-office professionals into recognized talents, focusing on roles such as administration, public relations, reception, accounting, general affairs, and human resources.

In a rapidly changing world where AI and automation are reshaping job functions, JTA seeks to redefine the value of human contributions in the workplace. The vision of JTA is driven by the belief that individual skills and personalities should shine in the era of AI, whereby all workers can be seen as unique talents.

Background to the Establishment

As tasks in back-office sectors evolve from traditional roles to those that create value, the demand for human-generated added value becomes more essential than ever. However, existing systems for nurturing and recognizing this value are less than ideal. EIGHTBIT has consistently advocated for change through education, reskilling, and career support under the principle that “when individuals change, society changes.”

Through this new venture, EIGHTBIT's educational capabilities and Hitotechnology’s expertise in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and branding come together. Their goal is to build a new framework that embraces the reinvention of human value in the AI era.

JTA’s Core Offering: TALENT PRODUCE PROGRAM

JTA has launched its TALENT PRODUCE PROGRAM, set to be based at their office in Toranomon Hills. This program is designed to empower back-office professionals to identify and articulate their strengths and individuality, transforming them into sought-after talents in the marketplace.

By leveraging Hitotechnology’s experience with over 5,100 corporate recruitment projects—achieving a 100% success rate in hiring—and EIGHTBIT's history of training over 3,000 individuals via various educational initiatives, JTA aims to create a comprehensive support system for talent acquisition, development, and branding. This “Talent Ecosystem” is envisioned to nurture individuals from mere support roles to engaging and attractive talents.

Goals and Future Aspirations

JTA envisions securing a talent pool of approximately 1,000 back-office professionals within three years of its inception, creating a new generation of workplace stars. The mission is clear: empower those who support to shine, and transform daily work into something luminous.

Leadership Perspectives

Masaaki Motegi, Group Representative of EIGHTBIT, stated, “We have long embraced the belief that by transforming individuals, we can transform society. JTA allows us to redefine back-office employees not as mere ‘support staff,’ but as vital 'talents.' Our goal is to craft a framework that showcases individual potential for social growth.”

Akane Nitta, CEO of Hitotechnology, added, “Through this initiative, we flip the narrative—focusing on how individuals can attract companies. By refining their skills through branding and reskilling, they will learn to communicate their value effectively. We believe this will lead to a more proud and promising working environment.”
