ABB Unveils Next-Generation Circuit Breaker at Data Center Japan 2026

ABB, a global technology leader in electrification and automation, will showcase its innovative circuit breaker, the SACE Emax 3, for the first time in Japan at the upcoming Data Center Japan 2026, scheduled from March 24 to 15 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center. This event highlights ABB's commitment to delivering advanced solutions that meet the increasingly stringent requirements for power distribution and sophisticated protection functionalities.

The SACE Emax 3: A Response to Growing Demand

The SACE Emax 3 circuit breaker is specifically designed to tackle crucial challenges arising from the rapid escalation of power demands in large-scale facilities and data centers. Its innovative design emphasizes power system stability, enhanced cybersecurity, and AI-driven escalation of energy requirements, which are pivotal in today's data-centric environments.

"Data centers are currently experiencing an unprecedented surge in power demand, spurred by the rapid integration of AI technology.
