Results Announced for the 6th Shueisha Shojo and Women's Manga Grand Prize Powered by LINE Manga
On July 13, 2026, LINE Digital Frontier Corporation, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, announced the final results of the 6th Shueisha Shojo and Women's Manga Grand Prize, powered by LINE Manga. This annual award, which invites original manga works, is supported by eight editorial departments from Shueisha's popular shojo and women's comic magazines, including "Ribon," "Margaret," "Bessatsu Margaret," "Manga Mee," "Cookie," "Kimi Koi," "Coco Hana," and "Digital Margaret."
The latest edition of the grand prize ran from January 22, 2026, to May 6, 2026, allowing aspiring artists to showcase their creativity through the LINE Manga Indies submission platform. The rigorous selection process involved contributions from these esteemed editorial teams, who carefully reviewed numerous entries.
From this year’s contest, a total of 13 outstanding works were selected: including one runner-up, two special award winners, five name awardees, and five emerging talent awardees. Each awarded piece stands out not only for its narrative but also for the unique artistry presented.
