United Arrows' Exciting Collaboration with 'BECK'
In a remarkable initiative blending fashion and manga, United Arrows, a leading Japanese apparel brand, has announced its third installment of the UACG (United Arrows Culture Group) project, partnering with the iconic music manga 'BECK'. This collaboration is set to launch on February 27, 2026, and aims to immerse fans in the vivid world of 'BECK' through a diversified product lineup.
Expanding the Collection
Previously limited to T-shirts, the new collection will include long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, pants, and caps, allowing enthusiasts to embody the essence of 'BECK' in their daily attire. The concept behind UACG is to reinterpret Japanese anime, comics, and gaming culture as wearable fashion, resisting the conventional notion of disposable character goods.
Honoring 'BECK'
First serialized in 1999 in Monthly Shonen Magazine, 'BECK' follows the journey of a middle school student, Koyuki, who forms a rock band named 'BECK' and navigates the challenges of growing up with his friends. Renowned for its engaging storytelling and dynamic illustrations, the manga encapsulates a rhythm and energy that resonates deeply with its audience.
For this collaboration, key scenes from 'BECK' have been thoughtfully selected, utilizing a range of artistic techniques like silk-screen printing, multi-color printing, crack finishes, frost effects, and reflective materials to capture the electric atmosphere of live performances. Attention has been devoted to distressed and vintage details to ensure that each piece is not only a collector's item but seamlessly integrates into everyday life.
