The pricing includes the dinner, beverages (2.5 hours of free drinks), room fee, and basic audio equipment costs, inclusive of taxes and service fees. Note that the plan accommodates groups of six to twenty people. Menu details may change based on ingredient availability, and in case of inclement weather postponing the fireworks, some refunds will be provided for reservations on the original scheduled date.

Reservation Information

Reservations can be made from June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM until July 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM, and will be conducted via a lottery system. Interested guests can apply through the 'Reservation Request Form' on the hotel’s website from June 16, 2025. Results of the lottery will be announced post July 7, 2025.
