Sermatec Pioneers Energy Storage Innovations at Intersolar Europe 2026
Sermatec made a remarkable impact at the recently held Intersolar Europe 2026, where it unveiled a comprehensive array of energy storage products and intelligent management solutions. This event served as a platform for the company to showcase its commitment to facilitating the global energy transition, solidified by the signing of multiple cooperation agreements with international partners.
Detailed Portfolio of Energy Storage Solutions
At this prestigious exhibition, Sermatec presented an extensive portfolio of energy storage solutions, reflecting an impressive range of capabilities that spans from core hardware components to intelligent operational systems. The highlight was the SERLATTICE 7.04MWh Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage System, noted for its industry-leading energy density of 477kWh/m². This remarkable system is designed not only to minimize land use but also to achieve a round-trip efficiency (RTE) of at least 95%, which ensures optimal energy conversion performance.
Additionally, the SERLATTICE 6.26MWh Energy Storage System was showcased, featuring an integrated AC/DC architecture that enhances overall system efficiency by 2%. Designed with commercial and industrial applications in mind, the system is capable of supporting a four-unit parallel configuration and employs intelligent thermal management to conserve auxiliary power consumption by 25%, thereby significantly lowering lifecycle energy costs.
To cater to commercial and industrial clients, the EASYCUBE 261kWh All-in-One Energy Storage Cabinet offers plug-and-play deployment, allowing for flexible expansion that maximizes energy efficiency and resilience while supporting peak-valley arbitrage and renewable energy integration.
Intelligent Energy Management Solutions
In addition to hardware innovations, Sermatec also highlighted its intelligent digital energy management ecosystem, designed to enhance operational value. The Nebulos Intelligent Operation Platform seamlessly integrates hardware and software, facilitating participation in electricity trading and virtual power plant (VPP) aggregation, which ultimately maximizes asset value.
Complementing this platform is the MOFS Intelligent Early Warning Box, which provides early predictions of thermal runaway conditions, significantly enhancing battery safety through proactive risk management. It represents an important step toward securing reliable energy storage solutions that can be deployed globally.
The exhibition was also a showcase of Sermatec's in-house developed components, including the 430kW String Liquid-Cooled PCS, 104-String Active Balancing BMU, and Battery Cluster Controller (BCC), all highlighting the company's robust capabilities in component integration.
Proven Performance in Diverse Environments
Sermatec has demonstrated its technology's reliability and effectiveness across varied global environments. Its energy storage systems are continuously validated through a growing portfolio of international projects. For instance, an initiative in Bulgaria showcased how the company's storage solutions could optimize investments through strategic participation in electricity markets, demonstrating both economic performance and rapid response capabilities in grid applications.
In regions like Croatia and the Czech Republic, Sermatec's commercial and industrial storage offerings have proven effective against extreme winter conditions and variable industrial loads, ensuring a consistent power supply for critical manufacturing processes. Meanwhile, projects in Spain validated the durability of its systems in humid and saline coastal climates.
Commitment to Localized Services
Sermatec firmly believes that localized service is essential to building long-term customer relationships and competitive advantage. With a well-established service network spanning Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe, the company provides comprehensive lifecycle support. This extends across preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and operational reporting, ensuring customers have transparent costs and predictable performance over the lifecycle of their energy systems.
Strengthening Industry Partnerships
On June 24, Sermatec also held its annual Partner Night, inviting key partners from the European energy sector. The event fostered discussions on energy storage innovations, evolutionary opportunities within the region, and strengthened valuable long-term strategic partnerships.
A Vision for Intelligent Energy's Future
Through a focus on technology innovation, application diversification, and the establishment of localized services, Sermatec illustrated its integrated capabilities during Intersolar Europe 2026. Looking ahead, Sermatec is dedicated to becoming a preeminent intelligent energy operator, collaborating globally to accelerate the shift towards a smarter, sustainable, and carbon-neutral energy future.
