Manabi Aid Introduces Master Learning Aid to ITTO Schools Across Japan

Manabi Aid's Revolutionary Learning Aid: Master

In an exciting development for students across Japan, Manabi Aid Co., based in Bunkyo, Tokyo, has announced the nationwide implementation of its innovative video learning service, "Manabi Aid Master," across all branches of ITTO Individual Instruction Academy. This initiative, scheduled for October 2025, marks a significant milestone as it follows a strategic business partnership between Manabi Aid and NOVA Holdings, paving the way for further collaboration in Japan's educational landscape.

This collaboration not only signifies a commitment to better education through advanced technology but also aims to accumulate essential operational knowledge that can be used to continually enhance the service. The Master program promises to deliver effective video lessons coupled with efficient management tools that cater to each student's unique learning needs.

A New Era for Educational Excellence

The introduction of Manabi Aid Master is designed to provide a personalized educational experience for students, accommodating a range of learning preferences. As indicated by Shoichi Hiromasa, the President of Manabi Aid, the process from the initial partnership announced in May to a trial launch in August, followed by full-scale implementation across over 1,200 branches, highlights a solidified collaborative effort. "This nationwide rollout will extend the understanding and excitement of learning for each student, enhancing the overall value of our educational services," he stated confidently.

NOVA Holdings, led by President Masaki Inayoshi, has had a proactive role in this venture, initially focusing on its core business of tutoring which aligns seamlessly with Manabi Aid's offerings. The first trial phase began in August at 190 direct-run branches of NOVA, showing promising results that led to the swift decision to expand the initiative further to the entire chain by October.

Future ambitions for Manabi Aid Master include not just expansion but also enhancing the tutoring operational systems, creating synergies with other business areas within the NOVA Group, and aiming for a robust institutional framework for educational management.

The Need for Tailored Education

With the backdrop of declining birth rates in Japan, the education sector faces evolving demands. According to Yoshiyuki Ono, Executive Director and Head of the Tutoring Division at NOVA Holdings, there is a growing need for tutoring services that cater to diverse individual requirements from early childhood through to university entrance. This partnership with Manabi Aid is aimed effectively at addressing the challenges faced in providing adequate services to high school students, ensuring a focused approach to enhancing customer satisfaction across the board.

The ongoing collaboration allows both companies to leverage their strengths, placing a spotlight on maximizing the utility of the Manabi Aid Master service throughout the entire chain of ITTO Individual Instruction Academies. The collective goal remains clear: to elevate the educational experience by ensuring that each student's journey is met with personalized and impactful learning opportunities.
