In preparation for the launch, the Wantedly team conducted extensive interviews with recruiters. It became evident that sourcing candidates adds a considerable workload; on average, recruiters spent 10 to 20 minutes searching for a single candidate. Considering a weekly target of 100 candidates, this accumulated to an astounding 16 to 30 hours weekly just for candidate sourcing.

Thanks to the AI Agent, recruiters could potentially identify ten times more candidates within the same timeframe, effectively aiming to reduce sourcing time by up to 80%. This level of efficiency could fundamentally transform how companies manage their recruitment processes.

3. You can input the necessary hiring criteria into the chat box, which will prompt the AI to generate a candidate sourcing strategy based on existing job postings.
4. Review the suggested search conditions and verify they align with your expectations.
5. If satisfied, click Start AI Sourcing to commence the candidate compilation process.

The chat interface allows recruiters to close the window and return later. They can re-open the chat to follow up on past searches by clicking on the clock icon, ensuring that the candidate sourcing process remains organized and efficient.
