BuySell Technologies' 1-Day Internship Program

BuySell Technologies, headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, is excited to announce the opening of registrations for its 1-Day Internship Program aimed at graduates of 2027. Scheduled to take place between June and August 2025, this program offers participants an immersive opportunity to learn about the company's innovative reuse business model and the skills necessary for a successful sales career.

Context of the Program

Founded on the vision to "lead a circular society with excellent people and new technology," BuySell Technologies operates a comprehensive reuse service called "BuySell," which specializes in the buying and selling of second-hand goods across Japan. As part of a strategic enhancement, the company has revamped its HR policies in January 2025, introducing the concept of "Bet on Your Growth." This initiative aims to foster an environment that encourages individual career development for each employee.

Last year's online internship program attracted attention for showcasing our rapidly growing business model and effective sales techniques. Out of 248 participants, over 90% expressed interest in continuing to the selection process. However, valuable feedback highlighted a desire for deeper insights into the company culture and the individuals behind the work. Addressing this feedback, we have opted for an offline format, allowing potential recruits to gain a richer understanding of our corporate culture and values.

- June 5, Thursday: 15:00 - 18:00
- June 12, Thursday: 13:00 - 16:00
- June 18, Wednesday: 13:00 - 16:00
- June 25, Wednesday: 13:00 - 16:00

Location

The event will take place at the BuySell Technologies headquarters located in the PALT Building, 4th Floor, 4-28-8 Yotsuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this internship, applicants must:

- Be available to start working in April 2027.
- Be enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program.
- Have no prior full-time work experience.
