Jef Loos, Research Director at Whitelane Research, highlighted that DXC is acknowledged as a leading provider in many surveyed European countries, a testament to its strong reputation as a trusted partner for customers. In sectors like public service, DXC achieved exceptional results, scoring an impressive 84% in customer satisfaction within this segment.
