The annual kakigori fair showcases a carefully curated selection of flavors. The highlights include classic options made from traditional Japanese ingredients and unique offerings that blend Western influences for a fresh experience. Every kakigori dish is served with a cup of warm
Uji Hojicha, a roasted green tea from Kyoto that beautifully contrasts with the cold sweetness of the shaved ice. This combination ensures a balanced and satisfying conclusion to your treat, allowing you to enjoy each bite without fatigue.
