Kavalan Distillery, the pioneer of single malt whisky in Taiwan, has recently launched a significant milestone in its production: the 15 Years Old Single Malt Whisky. On March 11, 2025, Kavalan celebrated a remarkable occasion — the anniversary of its inaugural distillation, which marked Taiwan's venture into whisky making. The 15-Year-Old whisky, matured in carefully selected casks, honors this legacy while presenting a unique and rich flavor profile that is sure to excite connoisseurs.

The Unique Maturation Process
