Altius Link Vietnam Signs MOU with Hanoi University for AI and BPO Research Cooperation
On August 18, Altius Link Vietnam Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary focused on outsourcing services primarily in Japan and Asia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). This agreement aims to foster collaboration in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
The celebration of this partnership saw esteemed attendees, including HUST President Huynh Quyet Thang, Vice President of Mitsui & Co. Sato, and JICA Vietnam’s representative Kobayashi, who have committed to enhancing the collaboration between industry and academia. This partnership is vital for boosting the development of the BPO sector and advancing cutting-edge technologies in both Vietnam and Japan.
Altius Link Vietnam aims to leverage its affiliation with HUST for various initiatives. These include mutual exchanges of knowledge in scientific and technological areas, establishing a framework for the exchange of talent among engineers and researchers, and conducting joint research on AI applications and automation in BPO processes.
