Get ready for an exciting culinary experience at the GREEN GROWN MARCHE Autumn Harvest Festival, taking place at GREEN SPRINGS from November 22nd to 24th, 2025. This special event, hosted by Tachihi Strategy Lab, expands upon the weekly food market that typically occurs every Tuesday, bringing you an array of fresh vegetables, fruits, seeds, and an assortment of processed goods including baked goods, condiments, specialty coffee, and artisan bread with up to 21 vendors expected!

What to Look Forward To


The festival showcases a vibrant mix of diverse producers with unique products. Beyond the presence of regular vendors, you'll find an ever-changing lineup of shops each day. The Tokyo Western Vegetable Research Association will be present, along with local farmers showcasing their freshly harvested produce and processed goods. Exciting eateries like BROOKLYN RIBBON FRIES and pure pepper - Sennin Spice will also be featured, along with an array of products such as wines, teas, fermented foods, chocolates, dried flowers, and even portraits!

The event will also feature up to 8 food trucks daily, offering exciting new dishes like lasagna and beloved sampled specialties like sabasand (mackerel sandwich) that are perfect for food lovers on the go. With fresh faces and new exciting discoveries waiting to be made each day, this is a perfect opportunity to savor autumn during your holiday break.
