Valeris Strengthens Leadership with New COO and CPO Appointments

Valeris, a leading integrated life sciences commercialization partner, has announced significant additions to its executive leadership team in a move aimed at enhancing its organizational capabilities. Jodi Dickinson has been appointed as the Chief People Officer (CPO), while Peter Formisano steps in as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). These appointments come as the company looks to build on the strengths established following the merger of PharmaCord and Mercalis in May 2025.

Jodi Dickinson: Chief People Officer

With almost 30 years of experience in human resources, Jodi Dickinson brings a wealth of knowledge from diverse sectors including biotech, education, and software as a service (SaaS). Her last role was as Chief Human Resources Officer at Frontline Technologies, during which she focused on engagement, culture, and organizational growth. Her deep understanding of mission-driven corporate culture aligns perfectly with Valeris's values. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, Dickinson's expertise in cultivating strong team dynamics will be essential as Valeris continues to pursue its people-first philosophy.

Dickinson expressed her excitement about joining Valeris, stating, "I am thrilled to be a part of a company that puts people at the forefront of its mission. Together, we will focus on creating a culture that fosters growth and collaborative spirit."

Peter Formisano: Chief Operating Officer

Peter Formisano has a proven track record in healthcare and technology sectors, demonstrating excellence in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence. Before his association with Valeris, he served as COO for InteLogix, where he managed global operations, emphasizing customer experience and patient support across a large team.

His focus on advancing AI-driven solutions and his keen interest in operational efficacy align with Valeris's mission to enhance the patient experience and ensure accessibility to critical medications. Formisano holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Iona University. On his new role, he stated, "I look forward to leveraging our existing strengths to provide innovative solutions for our partners and the patients we serve."

Commitment to Growth

Robert Truckenmiller, CEO of Valeris, praised the new additions, stating, "The expertise and experience that Jodi and Peter bring to the table will undoubtedly enhance our leadership team. Their respective backgrounds in human resources and operations will fuel our growth objectives and help us deliver on our commitment to patient care and innovative solutions."

Valeris is dedicated to improving patient experiences, providing comprehensive solutions across the entire healthcare value chain and supporting more than 500 life sciences customers. With these strategic leadership appointments, the company is well-positioned to continue its journey toward excellence and innovation in life sciences commercialization.

In summary, as Valeris embarks on this new chapter with its enhanced leadership team, the focus on talent development, operational improvements, and customer-first philosophy stands strong—ensuring it remains an integral player in the life sciences arena.
