In an effort to elevate its customer care, Xiaomi Japan (officially known as 小米技術日本株式会社), based in Minato, Tokyo, is introducing two exciting services:
Xiaomi Care and
Niko Suma Buyback for Xiaomi. These services, set to launch on
September 26, 2025, aim to facilitate a smoother and more secure experience for users of Xiaomi smartphones.
Xiaomi Care: Peace of Mind for Users
Xiaomi Care is a chargeable warranty service designed to provide additional security against accidental damages like drops or water leaks that fall outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. This service allows customers to receive a replacement device swiftly, ensuring they can continue using their smartphones with minimal interruption.
As part of the launch campaign celebrating the release of the
Xiaomi 15T series, which includes the
Xiaomi 15T Pro and
Xiaomi 15T, customers can enroll in a
2-year comprehensive plan at the price of a
1-year plan. This limited-time offer is available from
September 26 to October 13, 2025, providing a significant incentive for customers to opt for longer coverage.

Niko Suma Buyback for Xiaomi, in partnership with Belong Co., Ltd. This service is integrated into both the official Xiaomi website and Xiaomi Stores, allowing customers to sell their used smartphones economically.
Through this initiative, customers can easily transition from an old device by clicking links available on the mi.com website or scanning a QR code at Xiaomi Stores. They can review estimates and initiate buyback requests, making smartphone upgrades more economical and accessible.
