Another notable product on display was the SERLATTICE 6.26 MWh energy storage system. With a unique integrated AC/DC architecture, this system improves the overall system efficiency by 2%. It can be configured in parallel with up to four units and features an intelligent thermal management technology, which cuts auxiliary power consumption by 25%, considerably lowering energy costs over its lifecycle.

For business and industrial clients, the EASYCUBE 261 kWh all-in-one energy storage cabinet offers a plug-and-play deployment and flexible parallel expansion. This flexibility enables efficient peak-shaving, integration of renewable energy sources, and enhanced energy supply security.

Intelligent Energy Management to Enhance Operational Value

Beyond hardware innovation, Sermatec showcased its intelligent digital energy management ecosystem. The Nebulos Intelligent Operation Platform seamlessly integrates hardware and software, enabling participation in power trading and aggregation into a virtual power plant (VPP) to maximize asset value. Complementing this platform is the MOFS Intelligent Early Warning Box, which provides non-destructive forecasts of thermal anomalies 2-3 hours in advance, dramatically enhancing battery safety through proactive risk prevention.

The exhibition also highlighted key self-developed components, such as the liquid-cooled 430 kW String PCS, the 104-String Active Balancing Battery Management Unit (BMU), the Battery Cluster Controller (BCC), and the Battery Stack Management Unit (BSMU), demonstrating the company’s extensive internal integration capabilities.
