He explained, "At this level, the challenge lies in reconciling demand against supply." Military staff must analyze continuous demand signals from units that may be spread across different theaters. The goal is to synthesize diverse data points into actionable courses of action (COAs) that need to be validated with the Corps Sustainment Command (CSC) before any resources are allocated. Navigator empowers corps and CSC planners with relevant data when it is most needed, allowing them to collaboratively develop and refine these COAs.

The Navigator platform is not an untested technology; it has already shown its utility with various military units. The work to be carried out under the III Corps' Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) will undergo validation through multiple live exercise scenarios which will ensure its efficacy.
