She stepped into the Kaiser Permanente team in the Mid-Atlantic region as the chief operating officer in 2023 and has since collaborated with various stakeholders, including the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, to enhance performance metrics and set the groundwork for sustainable growth.
