The much-acclaimed "Wagyu Yakiniku NIKUGEN Roppongi", operated by Monogatari Corporation, is set to unveil an array of new course menus and drinks starting from May 20th, 2026. This revamp marks a significant enhancement, allowing guests to indulge in even more luxurious selections.

The centerpiece of NIKUGEN is undoubtedly its signature "Yakiniku Judan Mori", known for its immense satisfaction. This iconic dish remains unchanged while the offerings of premium domestic black-haired beef and a diverse selection of international side dishes have been elevated in quality. Guests can expect a truly indulgent experience that highlights the restaurant's commitment to excellence.

In terms of beverages, NIKUGEN will introduce an impressive selection of over 35 different whiskies, including some of the world’s five major whisky brands. The combination of carefully chosen meats and these exceptional whiskies promises a unique and exciting pairing.

ADVANCE Course

- Signature Yakiniku Jundan Mori (including thick-cut matured beef tongue and various types of premium black-haired beef)
- Wrapped vegetables
- Various sauces (Brooklyn-style)
- Choice of dish (same options as SELECT course)

SPECIAL Course

SIGNATURE Course
