As part of this new chapter, four distinguished leaders have joined the Impact Portfolio team to drive innovative educational solutions aimed at over 100,000 additional students by 2029.

New Leaders in the Impact Portfolio Team

1. Derek Lasher - Senior Vice President of Product
Derek brings a wealth of experience to his role as SVP of Product, where he will steer the design and creation of a robust digital offering that leverages AI tools for school leaders. With previous consulting experience at Think Together, Lasher's transition to a full-time role signifies the organization's commitment to harnessing technology in education.

2. Anthony Monahan - Vice President of Product Design
Anthony joins from BCG X, where he honed his expertise in systems and interaction design. As VP of Product Design, he will emphasize creating AI-focused user experiences that enhance the educational offerings at Think Together. His goal is to establish a cohesive design system across all digital solutions, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective.

3. Billy Cruz - Vice President of Software Engineering
With nearly two decades of software engineering experience, Billy is set to lead the engineering initiatives within the Impact Portfolio. His primary focus will be scaling the digital infrastructure and embedding AI capabilities into product development. His strategic vision aims to modernize the organization’s technological framework.

4. Johnny Santos - Chief of Staff
Johnny will leverage his extensive background in organizational growth to support the operational strategies of the Impact Portfolio. As Chief of Staff, he will facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across various teams, driving the overall effectiveness of Think Together's innovation efforts.
