With over 15 years of experience at TFS, Miriam has been a pivotal figure in the company, showcasing her leadership skills through various roles that have significantly contributed to its financial success.

Miriam's deep industry knowledge, which spans both sponsors and CROs, positions her perfectly to lead TFS into a new chapter marked by strategic growth and operational excellence. During her tenure, Miriam has played a crucial role in navigating TFS through an era characterized by five acquisitions and an integration within the Ratos Group, alongside a global expansion strategy aimed at key markets in North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East. Her leadership has been instrumental in elevating sales performance and enhancing the essential business development functions within the organization.

Miriam’s appointment comes at a time when TFS is experiencing sustained momentum, bolstered by advancements in key therapeutic areas. Recently, the company initiated pivotal clinical programs in both early and late phases within ophthalmology, addressing significant conditions such as diabetic macular edema and other retinal disorders. In oncology, TFS is expanding its efforts in pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and various hematological indications.

Furthermore, TFS is enhancing its portfolios in dermatology and neuroscience, having recently initiated studies in atopic dermatitis, complex wound healing, and multiple sclerosis.
