Ueshima Coffee Unveils Innovative Summer Menu

In a bold move to redefine coffee enjoyment, Ueshima Coffee Shop has introduced a fresh menu, featuring the WND QUEEN Double Nerl Drip Coffee on the rocks. This unique offering will be available for a limited time starting August 7 at just eight select locations.

New Offerings for Summer

The WND QUEEN is not just an ordinary coffee; it is a testament to Ueshima Coffee's dedication to exploring the possibilities of coffee and elevating the beverage experience. In addition to the WND QUEEN, customers can also enjoy the delicately crafted Japanese Tea Soda and a refreshing Frozen Pina Colada Granita, all designed to bring a sense of refreshment for the hot summer months.

WND QUEEN Double Nerl Drip Coffee

Available from August 7 until the end of September, the WND QUEEN is available for 900 yen, served exclusively indoors in a single ice-cold size. Customers can enjoy Double Nerl Drip Coffee paired with Ueshima’s original cardamom syrup, allowing them to customize the sweetness to their taste. This innovative menu invites patrons to savor a delightful combination of the aromatic spices and the rich, clear coffee for a revitalizing experience.

The Double Nerl Drip method, revered for its intricate preparation involving dual layers of fabric filters, showcases Ueshima's tradition of coffee making that honors Japanese tea culture while embracing evolution in flavor profiles. The name “Spice Queen” reflects the refined fragrance of the Green Cardamom syrup, enhancing the coffee's luxurious taste.

Japanese Tea Soda

Also debuting on August 7 is the Japanese Tea Soda, priced at either 800 yen (R size) or 920 yen (L size). This refreshing beverage is crafted from high-quality tea leaves sourced from Japan's Kirishima region, heightened with sugarcane syrup and fresh lemon, creating a light, sparkling sensation combined with the unique umami flavor of Japanese tea.

Pina Colada Granita

The final offering, the Pina Colada Granita, will be served at 920 yen, also available until late September. This non-alcoholic drink captures the essence of tropical summer with its blend of coconut milk, pineapple juice, and an aromatic touch of rosemary, delivering a perfect escape from the summer heat.
