1. Exploring Kabutocho


Theme: Walk with Developers to Discover Urban Transformation
Heiwa Real Estate has been pivotal in transforming Kabutocho into a vibrant cityscape through a blend of new constructions and revitalizations. The tour, led by Toshimitsu Iseya, will provide insights into the gradual urban evolution driven by innovative spatial planning, emphasizing the unique character of city blocks.

The tour will also visit remarkable sites such as KITOKI, K5, and BANK, focusing on architectural storytelling that goes beyond mere structures to explore the relationships between spaces and the communities they host.

2. Kabutocho: Revitalized Financial District


Highlights: Visit the Historical Nichisho-kan and the Renovated K5
This tour unveils the renaissance of Kabutocho, exploring landmark buildings, including the famous Nichisho-kan, linked to Eiichi Shibusawa, and the historic former First Bank annex, now transformed into the Kabutocho No. 7 Heiwa Building.

Nichisho-kan: A Glance into History

Our festival will feature special access to the Nichisho-kan, known for housing several securities firms. Historically significant as the former residence of the father of Japanese capitalism, Eiichi Shibusawa, this edifice reflects the resilience post-Great Kanto Earthquake.
