Tokyo Tatemono's New Project in the Tokai Region
Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. has officially launched the construction of their latest office building, "T-PLUS Nagoya," located in Nakamura Ward, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, on May 12, 2025. This marks the company's return to new office developments in the Nagoya area after a significant hiatus of 16 years, following the completion of the Nagoya Prime Central Tower in 2009.
Key Features of T-PLUS Nagoya
Prime Location
Positioned just an 8-minute walk from the JR and Tōkai Shinkansen "Nagoya" station, T-PLUS Nagoya boasts exceptional accessibility. A mere 2-minute walk from the nearest underground entrance, it connects seamlessly to the underground shopping district at the busy Nagoya station, a major hub for business and transport in the region. This location has a strong demand not only from local companies but also from expansion-seeking startups and branches of large corporations.
Flexible Office Solutions
The design of T-PLUS Nagoya prioritizes flexibility to accommodate the diverse needs of modern businesses. Each office floor spans approximately 468 square meters, which can be divided into up to four separate sections, providing options for both smaller companies and larger enterprises seeking to establish a presence in Nagoya.
Innovative Setup Offices
One of the distinctive features of this project is the introduction of pre-furnished setup office spaces on selected floors. This initiative is designed in response to evolving work styles such as remote and hybrid work, providing companies with a comfortable and adaptable environment. By reducing the initial investment required for interior construction and expediting tenant occupancy, T-PLUS Nagoya alleviates some of the significant barriers businesses face when moving into new office spaces.
The setup office will also eliminate the need for restoration work upon moving out, leading to cost savings for tenants and contributing to waste reduction, thereby promoting a more sustainable, circular economy.
Construction and Completion
The complete structure is scheduled for completion in February 2027, marking an important addition to the T-PLUS series, which has seen its initial property, "T-PLUS Nihonbashi Kodenmachō," completed in April 2022 followed by other openings across Japan.
A Commitment to Modern Work Environments
The T-PLUS series is committed to developing workspaces that resonate with the needs of modern office workers. By providing environments where individuals can work freely and comfortably, Tokyo Tatemono continues to cater to the evolving landscape of work culture.
