Having been with the company for nearly two decades, Nakada possesses extensive knowledge in real estate transactions. His experience ranges from dealing with manufacturing and retail businesses to advising high-net-worth individuals, allowing him to cover various asset types, including factories, warehouses, offices, hotels, and investment properties. At present, he oversees the CRE strategy services and inside sales within the Marketing Department.
