Discovering U-GAKU English Camp
As part of its mission to provide enriching educational experiences,
Crepity will launch a unique English learning program named
U-GAKU English Camp during the spring break and Golden Week of 2026. This innovative camp, set across four diverse locations -
Niseko in Hokkaido, Cebu in the Philippines, Tokushima Prefecture, and Nagano's Shiojiri City - aims to inspire
elementary and junior high school students by promoting not just language learning but cultural exchange and independence.
What is U-GAKU English Camp?
The U-GAKU English Camp is a residential program designed to cultivate both English proficiency and a sense of independence among participants. By marrying language learning with opportunities to engage with nature and local culture, the camp strives to change the perception of English from a subject of obligation to a fun and enjoyable experience. This approach fosters international awareness, self-sufficiency, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

A Deeper Social Significance and Future Outlook
The U-GAKU English Camp goes beyond conventional English education by enabling children to think critically, take on challenges, and connect globally. As Japan’s inbound demand continues to rise, it’s essential for kids to experience and transition from learning to using English in multicultural settings, marking a crucial step in their development as global citizens.
By providing children with an opportunity to step away from home and embrace life’s challenges, U-GAKU also encourages parents to support their children's independence. With plans to expand its program both domestically and internationally, U-GAKU is committed to helping shape the leaders of tomorrow who will excel in tourism, international business, and technology.
