The 16th Yukaria Friendship Meeting Scheduled for July 2025

Yukaria Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, led by President Katsuo Misawa, is pleased to announce that it will host the 16th Yukaria Friendship Meeting on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Toranomon Hills Forum in Minato, Tokyo.

This year’s theme, "Promoting Empathy Management in the VUCA Era," aims to explore the transformative power of empathy in business and social contexts. The meeting's schedule includes a keynote address at 11:30 AM by Takeshi Okada, the chairman of Imabari Dream Sports and a former coach of the Japanese national soccer team. He will discuss the initiatives and achievements of FC Imabari in creating social value through community empathy.

In the afternoon, at 2:30 PM, Masayuki Iwade, former head coach of the Rugby Club at Teikyo University and current head of the university's sports department, will share insights on "Empathy Management and the Innovations of Destruction and Creation for Victory." Both speakers have successfully led organizations in their respective fields and will address Yukaria’s vision of realizing the industrialization of healthcare through community building and the ideal organizational structures for medical and caregiving services.

About the Yukaria Friendship Meeting:

Since 2007, Yukaria has been conducting the Friendship Meeting to invite the management teams of affiliated medical corporations for sharing insights and activities within the Yukaria group and hospitals. After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was renamed the "Yukaria Friendship Meeting" for its 2024 revival to include a broader range of stakeholders including academia, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, and investors. The new logo reflects the concept of “Connected Circles of Friends (Yukaria Ring).”

The objective of the Yukaria Friendship Meeting is to expand connections in pursuit of the goal of healthcare industrialization.
