Sembcorp Logistics Park in Northern Vietnam Officially Completed
In a significant development for the logistics real estate sector in Vietnam, Sembcorp Logistics Park in the VSIP Hai Phong complex has officially been completed. This project is a collaboration between Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, CRIE, and Singapore's Sembcorp Development Ltd and its subsidiary, Sembcorp Infra Services Pte. Ltd. This new facility stands out as Vietnam’s first two-story warehouse under Sembcorp, with an impressive leasing space of approximately 20,000 square meters, making it the largest of its kind in the country to date.
Overview of the New Development
The completion of this prestigious logistics park adds to the region's growing portfolio of real estate designed to meet rising demand. The new facility is strategically situated in Hai Phong, Vietnam's largest port city, which enhances its competitive advantage for logistics operations due to proximity to essential transport networks, including major highways linking to the capital, Hanoi, and close access to both sea and air ports.
This project adds to the existing logistics properties already operational in Vietnam, which now total 12 completed buildings with a cumulative leasing area of approximately 160,000 square meters across both northern Hai Phong and central provinces of Quang Ngai and Nghe An.
Strategic Location and Access
The Sembcorp Logistics Park is located within the VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park, developed under the support of both the Vietnamese and Singaporean governments. This ensures the area is equipped with high-quality hard infrastructure and facilities that cater to businesses seeking reliable logistics solutions. The industrial park is also noted for its exceptional customer service, further establishing its attractiveness to potential tenants.
Future Growth and Projects
Looking forward, an additional five buildings are expected to complete by winter 2026 at the Sembcorp Logistics Park in Dien Bho. Once finalized, this will bring the total number of completed properties to 17, with an outstanding total leasing area of around 240,000 square meters.
