New Collaboration Launch: Learn Chinese While Traveling!
In an exciting initiative, AEON Co., Ltd. has partnered with Kazuki, the creator behind the YouTube channel “Ikkitanken Chuu,” to bring learners a fresh perspective on mastering Chinese. Launching on March 31, 2026, the collaboration features a series of video and column content called “Learn Chinese with the Feel of Travel.”
Kazuki's channel, “Ikkitanken Chuu,” focuses on showcasing the beauty of China and the joy of travel, encouraging viewers to appreciate the culture and language of the region. Each episode presents Kazuki's journeys and interactions in China, emphasizing the use of real-life Chinese expressions—something that traditional textbooks often miss. This project aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical language use by diving into the lived experiences of travelers.
Engaging Learning Experience
The first installment of the columns will present conversations between Kazuki and his friends during their travels in China, highlighting authentic expressions commonly used by locals. This engaging content is set to be released bi-monthly, with a total of twelve columns planned over the coming year. With each episode, viewers can watch Kazuki’s interactions and follow along as HAO Academy’s instructors provide insights into the Chinese language and culture through detailed explanations.
Through this collaboration, learners will not only gain access to vibrant Chinese expressions that are vital for everyday conversations but also immerse themselves in the cultural contexts within which these expressions are used. By utilizing videos that capture authentic scenarios, students are likely to find their language learning journey both enjoyable and effective.
