Airwavz Solutions, a prominent player in the in-building wireless market, has announced significant leadership changes as part of its ongoing succession strategy aimed at facilitating the company’s future growth. Starting October 1, David Herran, previously serving as President and Chief Commercial Officer, will take the helm as Chief Executive Officer. Simultaneously, Joe Perrigo, the former Chief Network Officer, will step into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

These appointments come in conjunction with the recent elevation of Perry Welch to Chief Revenue Officer and David Saab to Chief Legal and Risk Officer. Additionally, Brad Davis, who has been driving the company’s growth, will transition into the position of Executive Chairman.

David Herran, who joined the Airwavz team in 2017, built a strong foundation in fiber product development and strategy through 20 years at Time Warner Cable/Charter and DukeNet Communications. His pivotal work included spearheading a fiber-to-the-tower initiative that now supports around 3,400 cell sites, alongside leading fiber management for small cell and carrier wholesale products for various telecommunications innovators.
