KURANDO, under the leadership of CEO Kazuhiro Okazawa, surveyed logistics and warehouse managers across various organizations to assess how data is being harnessed for operational improvements. The study aims to investigate whether the investment in tools like handheld terminals and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) has resulted in effective data analysis and actionable improvements in operations.
