Miyabi Senbei is crafted from premium ingredients including the best-grade Hamanasu mochi rice sourced from Shiga Prefecture, excellent water, and rare wasanbon sugar. This unique combination creates a delicate and luxurious flavor profile that captures the essence of Kyoto's culinary heritage.

Each piece of Miyabi Senbei is meticulously baked by skilled artisans, ensuring that every cracker is perfectly toasted. To enhance its sweetness, it is then coated with a special syrup made from wasanbon sugar.
