Asakawa spent time as a trainer at one of the world’s largest talent development companies, where he became the top personal sales performer within just over two years, achieving sales exceeding 350 million yen. In 2010, he was recognized as one of Asia’s Top 100 Next Generation Business Leaders by The Japan Times, a distinction he shared with notable figures in Japanese business.
