Hamilton Lane Enhances North American Client Solutions Team with Seven Senior Appointments

Hamilton Lane Strengthens Its North American Client Solutions Team

In a significant move to bolster its capabilities in the private markets, Hamilton Lane, a leading investment management firm, has made key appointments to its North American Client Solutions Team. This announcement comes as the firm addresses the growing interest in private market investments among both institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Hamilton Lane, listed on Nasdaq (HLNE), revealed that the newly appointed members will enhance the firm’s outreach efforts in several critical areas. With a track record of success and experience in asset management, these individuals are expected to drive strategic initiatives and deliver tailored investment solutions that meet the evolving demands of clients.

New Leadership Appointments

Beth Nardi has been appointed as the Head of U.S. Private Wealth. In her new role, she will lead Hamilton Lane's Private Wealth Solutions business, where she is tasked with shaping the strategic direction of offerings designed to cater to wealthy individuals and their financial advisors. Nardi comes with over 20 years of experience, previously serving as the Head of Enterprise Relationships for the Americas at JPMorgan Asset Management, where she was instrumental in building strategic partnerships with registered investment advisors (RIAs).

Joining Nardi are Tim Jenkins and Russell Simon, both appointed as Managing Directors focusing on the institutional channel. Jenkins, based in New York City, will oversee institutional clients in the Northeast. He previously held senior roles in notable firms like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan before joining Hamilton Lane. On the other hand, Simon, situated in the firm’s San Francisco office, was a senior vice president at Allianz Global Investors and managed relationships across the western U.S., Canada, and Japan with CF Private Equity prior to his current appointment.

Supporting Roles and Regional Focus

The team is further strengthened by the addition of Emily Mosquera, Jake Passero, and Paul Schemel, who will significantly contribute to institutional outreach. Mosquera is tasked with driving business development in the Southeast, while Schemel and Passero will focus on clients in the Western and Northeastern U.S., respectively. Additionally, Sizwe Kamra will oversee business development efforts targeting private wealth clients in the Midwest region of the U.S.

These appointments are overseen by Mike Woollatt, who leads the Americas Client Solutions division. Woollatt expressed his excitement about welcoming such a talented group to Hamilton Lane amidst increasing activity in the private markets, highlighting the firm’s dedication to delivering innovative solutions that cater to the needs of their diverse client base.
