Free Seminar on Specification-Driven Development: Learning Key Insights from Anddot

Free Seminar on Specification-Driven Development

Geek's Inc., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, is excited to announce a free seminar titled "Specification-Driven Development: Learning from Practical Examples at Anddot to Avoid Common Pitfalls and Unlock Success". This event is scheduled for February 12, 2026, from 19:00 to 21:00. It aims to provide valuable insights to development managers (CTOs, PMs, EMs) and IT engineers.

Background of the Seminar

At Geek’s, we regularly conduct seminars targeting IT engineers and those involved in IT recruitment. This time, we will focus on "Specification-Driven Development," with experts such as Mitsuhiro Takanezawa, CTO of Anddot, and Takuro Kozasa, Software Architect, sharing their knowledge. They will discuss the practical methods of implementing specification-driven development that ensures design and quality in engineer organizations during the era of generative AI, as well as a roadmap to maximize organizational productivity.

This seminar is perfect for those struggling to refresh their development processes despite incorporating AI tools. It is also for development leaders who wish to establish appropriate "guardrails" to mitigate concerns over reduced maintainability due to AI code generation. CTOs, PMs, and EMs looking to enhance development efficiency across their organizations are encouraged to participate.

The transition from a phase of "letting AI write code" to one where "designing with AI" becomes essential is crucial for modern development organizations. Through this seminar, we will propose a sustainable model for development organizations that allows IT engineers to focus more on creative and meaningful work.
